Terms and Conditions

## 1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions and agreements between BlackRhino Maps ("we", "us") and the customer ("you"). By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

## 2. Digital Products

We sell digital content in the form of maps for Tabletop RPG's ("Products"). These products are made available for download immediately after purchase. 

## 3. Payment

Payment must be made in full before the products can be downloaded. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

## 4. No Return or Refund

Due to the nature of the products (digital content), there is no possibility for return or refund after purchase. Make sure you buy the right product. 

## 5. Intellectual Property

All products and the content of our website are the intellectual property of BlackRhino Maps and Forgotten Adventures. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise use them without our express written permission. 

## 6. Use of Assets from Forgotten Adventures

Our products are made using assets from Forgotten Adventures. The terms and conditions of Forgotten Adventures also apply to the purchase and use of our products. Make sure you are familiar with their terms before making a purchase. 

## 7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check regularly for updates. 

## 8. Toepasselijk Recht

These terms and conditions and all disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law.
